The 2023 Guatemala Architecture Biennial will take place from November 15 to 17 at the Miguel Ángel Asturias Cultural Center. This regional event is aimed at architects, designers, urban planners, developers, students, and anyone passionate about the built environment.
In its previous edition, the Guatemala Biennial began to recognize the importance of the city, architecture, development, and urbanism through the theoretical framework "Mobility: Inhabiting, Transiting, and Living," seeking to identify the most inspiring, accurate, and innovative solutions to benefit Guatemala City.
The 2023 edition aims to continue celebrating the city and recognizing "The Importance of Public Spaces." This is one of the most critical factors in organizing the urban landscape and has the greatest impact on the citizens and inhabitants themselves, fostering the social, psychological, and physical well-being of the individual.
