In a town with such a rich winemaking tradition as Binissalem, this project was approached much like the process of producing a wine—encompassing all its stages, from the harvest, destemming, crushing, and pressing, to letting it ferment until the prized wine is achieved. Throughout this process, by studying and gathering historical information about both the house itself and its surroundings, we broke down the key elements of the project, identifying three coexisting worlds.
