Located in Windermere, Florida, near Lake Butler and at the confluence of two canals, this single-family residence was designed to maximize the unique features of the site. The strategic placement positions the main volume at the southern front edge of the lot, freeing up a large patio area and creating a harmonious interface with the pre-existing pool. This configuration not only enhances the outdoor space but also establishes a fluid relationship between the architecture and the surrounding natural landscape.
