Text description provided by the architects. La Jara, an extension of the municipality of Sanlúcar de Barrameda along the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, has traditionally been an area dedicated to agricultural cultivation using the now-defunct technique of navazo. Since the beginning of the last century, attracted by the benevolent climate of Sanlúcar, houses have been built in the area for use as second residences.
