Text description provided by the architects. Two overlapping volumes in exposed concrete and a pergola that defines the upper balcony shaping the view of the sea. Designed as a weekend and summer house, for House Z we had a mission: to create a space to gather the family with minimal maintenance possible, considering the intensity of the sea air due to its proximity to the coast.
