Text description provided by the architects. One of the main challenges for this project was its terrain with a very steep slope. To overcome this issue, the intention that accompanied the entire design conception was to avoid any alterations to its topography. This is because, beyond the idea of reducing construction costs, there was a concern that changes of this type could generate bad consequences for the lot itself and its surroundings, such as possible future landslides.
