Text description provided by the architects. The original residence, located in the south of São Paulo, in an area with a lot of greenery and close to a park, was the ideal location for the owners. The challenge of the house, however, was the fact that its extensions occupied a large part of the already compact land, facing insulation and ventilation problems.
