Text description provided by the architects. With Uruguayan influences from childhood and the amalgamation of the client's work experiences in various countries, the concept of "Tu Bar" emerged—a space for friends to gather. Indeed, defining this space with just one style or influence is impossible; it reflects her diverse experiences and marks an important professional transition. The request was for a non-caricatured Uruguayan space, and our proposal aimed to convey this through colors (blue and yellow) and open shelves to showcase items full of history that she often uncovers in auctions or brings back from trips to the country.
