Building with Rammed Earth at the Center of Cuba

Join us to learn the technique of rammed earth and plaster by intervening and transforming an abandoned tobacco house next to the Zaza River, in the central region of the island of Cuba. This is a workshop for all interested professionals, students and practitioners.

It will be taught by Earthman: Hanno Burtscher, its founder and his collaborators Carlos Cobarrubias and Andrej Marincovic. Born in the landscapes of Vorarlberg, Austria, Earthman has achieved a formidable presence in the global field of rammed earth construction.
