Text description provided by the architects. Located in Cuiabá, the Cerrado House arises from the idea of designing a residence without actually knowing who will occupy it. Recently, the office received numerous requests for the development of residential projects, intended for sale. This phenomenon is a reflection of a substantial demand for housing in different market spheres in the Midwest of the country. This guideline gave the responsible team a new and more comprehensive program of needs, requiring a deeper understanding of the wishes of a previously defined portion of people who could become potential home buyers.
