Text description provided by the architects. The Conde de Irajá Street in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro, is home to a collection of preserved houses from the early 20th century. It is an area known primarily for its high concentration of bars and restaurants. The project of the Brota restaurant aimed precisely at occupying one of these properties.
