Located on the beach of Xangri-la/RS, Casa Litoral Norte consolidates itself as another beach house signed by Mayresse Arquitetura. Built in exposed concrete and with robust volumetry, the beach residence was conceived to be the summer stronghold of a family from Rio Grande do Sul that already owned a house on the coast of SC, but was looking for a house on the coast of Rio Grande do Sul to be the base for coexistence and summer. of children approaching adolescence.
