Cerámica Mayor develops high-performance porcelain stoneware for swimming pools and terraces. Porcelain stoneware from Cerámica Mayor—including Crosscut and Tropic tiles, Creta pool edges, and RJ25 FLEX drain grates—was used in the Hotel Kouros Exclusive, a luxury hotel project located in Rhodes, Greece. The project showcases high-quality porcelain stoneware throughout terraces, walkways, and pool areas, combining aesthetics and durability.
The Hotel Kouros Exclusive is a contemporary hotel complex built on the island of Rhodes, Greece, featuring organic architectural forms and carefully designed outdoor spaces surrounding a central pool. The project emphasizes fluid indoor-outdoor transitions between guest terraces and landscaped areas, creating a harmonious and inviting hospitality environment. Visual cohesion, material refinement, and functional layout were key objectives in enhancing the luxury experience.

Crosscut Cloud tiles in 60×120 cm format were applied on terraces and circulation areas to create a natural stone effect with seamless continuity. Tropic Turqueta small-format tiles in 14.7×14.7 cm were used in the pool interior, with a C3 anti-slip finish, to ensure safety in wet conditions. Creta pool edges in 60 cm and 120 cm lengths defined the pool perimeter, providing a clean, durable finish. RJ25 FLEX drainage grates in 60 cm and 120 cm lengths efficiently manage water around pool decks. Together, these porcelain stoneware products deliver aesthetic continuity, safety, and long-term performance in a luxury hospitality environment.
